"MATTHEW MORAN "

"Matthew Moran, 88-year-old lifelong resident of North Biloxi, died at Biloxi Hospital after a lengthy illness. Mr. Moran was a retired groceryman and a former bridge toll collector on the old Biloxi Back Bay bridge. Mr. Moran is survived by six sons, Noll Moran, North Biloxi: Raymond Moran, Mobile; George Moran, Murray Moran, Fred Moran and John Roy Moran, North Biloxi; four daughters, Mrs. Bennie Moran, Mrs. Ralph Diaz, Mrs. Henry Toncrey and Mrs. Fay Andrews, all of North Biloxi; 41 grandchildren; 16 great- grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. (Theresa) Gabriel, New Orleans; and a brother, Harry Moran, North Biloxi. Mr. Moran was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic church. There will be a wake Tuesday night at O'Keefe Funeral Parlors with Rosary at 8 p.m. yhe funeral will be held Wednesday with interment in (Quave) Cemetery. "
