Extracts from her Will
* That Anne Minogue, Spinster of Masterton, appoints the Public Trustee of the said Dominion to be the executor and trustee of this, my Will
* I direct that after my burial my grave be concreted over and that a simple headstone with a suitable inscription to my memory engraved thereon be concreted over the said grave at the cost in all things of my estate
* I Give and Bequeath All Share owned by me in the Australia Foundation Investment Company Limited, to the Superior, for the time being of St Columban's Mission House, Lower Hutt for the general purposes of the Roman Catholic Mission work amongst Chinese.
* All plate. linen, china. glass, books, pictures, prints, furniture and other articles of household use or ornamentation and all articles of personal use, wear or adornment including jewellery and whatsoever owned by me at my death to my sisters, Johanna Minogue and Mary Agnes Minogue, in equal shares.
* The sum of £300 to my said sister, Mary Agnes Minogue and the sum of £100 to St Patrick's Roman Catholic Church Masterton. The sum of £100 to St Patrick's Roman Catholic School, Masterton
* All the estate and interest owned by me at my death in the dwellinghouse and appurtenant land situate at and known as, Number 131 Chapel Street, Masterton, to my said sister Johanna Minogue.
* Give, Devise and Bequeath all the whole of my estate, both real and personal, of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate, not hereinbefore otherwise disposed of, to a one-half part there of for St Peter's Roman Catholic Maori College, Morthcote, Auckland and one-half part thereof for Hato Pauro Maori Boys College, Feilding
