William W. Alloway, a resident of New Braunfels, passed away at his granddaughter's home on Thursday, March 31, 2016 at the age of 105. William was born on March 14, 1911 in Lincoln County, MO to Merritt Alloway and Hulda McGee Alloway. Although Mr. Alloway had many occupations throughout his professional career, he was most notably known for his carpentry skills, attaining the level of master carpenter. William never met a stranger. He would voluntarily talk to anyone. William knew many people throughout his life, but his greatest attribute was his storytelling ability. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, April 8, 2016 at the Lux Funeral Home.
