Lillian M. Taroli, 85, of Carbondale. died Monday morning at home after an illness. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Samuel Cadora Sr.. and her second husband, Henry M. Taroli.

Born April 20, 1920, in Carbondale, she was the daughter of the late Frank "Sunshine" and Mary Rogus Molinaro. She was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Carbondale.

She was the former owner of Carlo Cabinet Co. and The Pine Antiques in Hawley. She was also employed by Sikorsky Aircraft in Connecticut during World War Il and volunteered in the USO in Bridgeport, Conn. She was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother and sister who will be dearly missed.

Surviving are two daughters. Mary "Lil" Havslett and Henrietta Bartosavage Tomasetti, both of Carbondale; a son, Samuel Cadora Jr., Clarks Summit; four sisters. Theresa Slick, Carbondale; Stella Mickel, Greenfield Twp: Gertrude Turk. Fairfield, Conn.; and Dolores Kuttrubis, Carbondale; 12 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by five sisters, Kathryn Paraschak. Marie Hyde, Helen, Frances, and Elizabeth Molinaro; and a brother, Constantino "Custy" Molinaro.

A blessing service will be held Thursday at 9:30 a.m. from the Carmine J. and Louis C. Parise Funeral Home Inc., Farview and 41st streets, Carbondale, with the Rev. Russell Motsay, pastor of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, officiating. Interment, Our Mother of Sorrows Cemetery, Greenfield Township.
