Dr. ADRIANO AGCAOILI AGANA
Age 73, of Hobart, passed away Monday, August 31, 1992. Dr. Agana was an area resident since 1956 coming from the Philippines and was a member of St. Bridget Church. He was a practicing physician with his family practice in Gary for 36 years; was president of Indiana Philippine Medical Association; in 1982-83 was founding father of the Philippine Medical Association in Chicago; the Association of Philippine Physicians In America; the Asian American Medical Association in Indiana; was former medical director of the Lake County Convalescent Center; and was formly a physician for U.S. Steel in Gary. Survivors: wife, Mrs. Consuelo Rigotti-Agana; 2 daughters, Maria Teresa Agana (Dr. Rodolfo L.) Jao and Maria Lourdes Agana (David) Green; 6 brothers, Andres (Cecilla) Agana, Judge Enrique (Dahlia) Agana, Atty. Marcelino (Venice) Agana, Engr. Benjamin (Erlinda) Agana, Carlos (Marietta) Agana, Rodolfo A. Agana; 4 sisters, Consuelo Agana-Trindiad, Guadalupe A. Agana, Mrs. Elena (Dr. Uldarico) Blando and Mrs. Estefania (Ferdie) Frillarte; 13 grandchildren, Marita Roberta Agana Joa, Radmar Agana Jao, Rodger Agana Jao, Roderick Agana Jao, Michelle Agana Jao, Mylene Agana Jao, Rodolfo Agana Jao, Rodney Agana Jao, Rodell Agana Jao, William Agana Green, Eric A. Green, Nicole A. Green, and Btitany A. Green. Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 5, 1992 at 9:30 a.m. at Rees Funeral Home, 600 West Old Ridge Road, Hobart and to St. Bridget Church at 10 a.m. for Mass of Christian Burial, Rev. Dominic V. Bertino and Msgr. Ralph Hoffman officiating. Entombment Graceland Cemetery. Rosary Friday 7 p.m. Visitation Thursday from 4 until 9 p.m. and Friday from 2 until 9 p.m. at the Rees Funeral Home, Hobart Chapel.
