Donald was preceded to heaven's reward by his father John Daniel Holsenback, his mother Pauline Frances Holsenback and his sister Frances Pauline Holsenback.
He is survived by his brother John Norman Holsenback, his daughters Misty Brown and her husband Craig, Candace Chambers and her husband Lee, his cherished grandchildren Kayla Chambers, Cody Brown and Piper Brown, many cousins, nieces and nephews and a multitude of friends.
Donald was born on February 5th of 1940. He was a graduate of Jones Valley High School and served his country in the United States Navy. He retired from Jim Walter number 3 mine in 2000.Visitation will be Thursday September 7th 2023 from 10:00 A.M. – 11:00 A.M. at Peoples Funeral Home in Hueytown. Donald will be laid to rest at Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church immediatley following the service.
