Daniel F. Breslauer, a member of a pioneer Milwaukee family and a widely known businessman, died last Saturday (Jan 1, 1938) at Columbia Hospital, where he was taken following a heart attack Friday at his home, 4207 N. Prospect Avenue. He was 42 years old.
The son of the late Norman Breslauer, he was engaged in the printing and advertising business for many years and previously the distilling business. He was a graduate of the University of Wisconsin and served in the World War.
Survivors are his wife, Beatrice (nee Wayne); a daughter, Jacqueline Patsy Breslauer; his mother, Mrs. Bertha Breslauer; and a brother, Paul.
Funeral services were held at Spring Hill cemetery.
