Agnes Gloria-Gene McFadden, 88, of Greenville, passed away on February 2, 2018 at Greenville Health & Rehab. Funeral services will be held on Monday, Feb. 5, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at the chapel of Coker-Mathews Funeral Home with Dr. James Ralson officiating. Burial will follow at Memoryland Memorial Park. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Agnes was born on June 13, 1929 in Kensing, Delta County, Texas to Jay Gould McKinney and Maude Mae Finch. She married Vanoy Thomas McFadden on July 26, 1952 in National City, California. She did clerical work for the Greenville Women’s Clinic with family planning. She took great pride in taking care of her yard and was even awarded Yard of Distinction. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Celeste.

Agnes is survived by her daughter, Connie McFadden Williams and husband, Dalton of Emory; grandchildren, Tommy Williams, Jean-Ann Brown and fiancé, Tony Pope of Greenville; great-grandchildren, Jackson and Angel Williams; a special longtime friend, Lucille Sisk; and numerous cousins, nephews and nieces including, Barbara Bush of Spicewood, TX.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband; and five siblings.
