Burlon Eugene Alexander, age 77, was unexpectedly called home by his Lord on Monday, September 11, 2023, at his residence. Burlon was born in Dayton, OH on January 10, 1946, to the late James Lester and Linda (Angel) Alexander. Burlon was employed for 38 years with Monarch Marking and Avery Dennison as a manager retiring in 2011. He was well loved and respected by all. Burlon loved animals including horses, goats, birds, dogs, and cats. And not long ago a young white-tailed deer decided to live at Burlon and Sharon's home along with a local farmer…Burlon named him "John Deer". Burlon was an avid reader of many subjects. He was an expert Machinist and Tool and Die Maker as well as an excellent craftsman. He was a member of the First Baptist Church now known as "The Bridge Church" where he served as a trustee and helped in other capacities. Burlon was a member of the Masonic Lodge and the Scottish Rite. In addition, he was a 30 year plus member of the OCGA.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Kenneth Alexander. Burlon is survived by his devoted wife of 34 years, Sharon Darlene (Sinnamon) Alexander; his children, Julie (Paul) Amling, Jennifer (Timothy) Bergeron, James Matthew Riddell; his grandchildren, Hannah (Garren) Moore, Jotham Bergeron, Megan Amling, Emmanuelle (Jacob) Wilson, Alexander Amling, Faith Bergeron, Quinton Bergeron; his great grandchildren, Adam Benoit, Levi Moore; his siblings, Doug (Kay) Alexander, Linda Gail (Steve) Vulgamore, Tim (Melissa), Alexander; numerous nieces and nephews.
