Brown Native, Birdie Robison, Dies Tuesday
Mrs. Birdie Robison, 97, of Timewell died at 5 p.m. Tuesday at Meline Nursing Center here.
She was born in Brown county, Feb 12, 1875, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. S.D. Nokes. Her husband, Fred Robison, preceded in death.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Marian Clark of Lewisburg, WV and Mrs. Winifred Strawn of Jacksonville, and one sister, Mrs. Jessie Thuey of Pleasant Hill, CA, seven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
Nine brothers and sisters preceded in death.
The deceased was a member of Lee Presbyterian church, Fargo.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Hufnagel Funeral Chapel with entombment in Mt. Sterling City cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral chapel from 2 to 9 p.m. Thursday and Friday until time of services.
