Richard went to Farmerville High School and graduated from Louisiana Tech with a degree in Business. He was a member of the National Guard and worked as the General Manager of Bonanza Steakhouse in Monroe, West Monroe and Ruston. He later went into business as a real estate appraiser for the remainder of his years.
He loved hunting, fishing, and all sports. You could always catch him watching Saddle Up Saturday.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Lee and Rosalind Lindsey Albritton and his brother, Robert Lindsey Albritton.
Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 53 years, Judy Albritton; daughters, Jennifer Albritton Bowen (Spencer) and Amy Albritton (partner, Taylor Stansberry and his son, Alex); granddaughter Lindsey-Kathryn Albritton Bowen; and his dog, Bitsy.
Pallbearers will be Richard Lynn Albritton, Jacob Albritton, Ryan Albritton, Morgan Albritton, Clint Hodges, and Austin Minamyer.
