Born September 7, 1928, in Harrisburg; she was the daughter of the late James and Myrtle (Decker) Wagner.
She preceded in death by her daughter, Debra Blosnich.
Surviving is her son, Richard D. Beard; daughter, Barbara A. Boline; grandson, Spencer E. Boline, son-in-law, Donald S. Boline, and nieces and nephews.
Doris retired from the Commonwealth of PA.
Graveside Service will be held at 1:00 PM, Thursday, May 27, 2021, in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Harrisburg.
