Edmond Cavalier Jr., 38, a native of Pierre Part and resident of Lockport, died Wednesday, July 7, 2010, at his home surrounded by family and friends. He was an instrument technician for Triad Industries.
Edmond is survived by his wife, Susan Breaux Cavalier; son, Devyn Cavalier; daughter, Haley Stevens; mother, Joyce Cavalier; two sisters, Tabitha Cavalier and Doreen Cavalier Rivere; two nieces, Kaylynn Rivere and Jolie Scully; and godparents, Eugene and Nancy Rivere and Terry Marcello.
Preceded in death by his father, Edmond Cavalier Sr.; paternal grandparents, Felician and Mary Cavalier; maternal grandparents, Percy and Anna Mae Hebert; uncle, Philip Hebert; and godfather, Wesley Rivero.
Visitation on Friday, July 9, at Ourso Funeral Home, Pierre Part, from 7:30 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church, Pierre Part, at 2 p.m. Interment in church cemetery.
