Norma Jean Burnham, 87, passed away Monday, September 18, 2023, at her home in Southaven, MS. A visitation will be held on Saturday, September 23, 2023, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., at Coleman Funeral Home of Southaven (626 Star Landing Road East, Southaven, MS 38672). A funeral service will immediately follow at 12:00 p.m., also at Coleman Funeral Home of Southaven. Interment will be at Memphis Memory Gardens (6444 Raleigh LaGrange Road, Memphis, TN 38134). Bro. Donald Goodrum will be officiating. Coleman Funeral Home of Southaven is in charge of arrangements.

Norma was born on August 19, 1936, in Memphis, TN. Norma was no stranger to adventurous activities. Water skiing and camping were some of her favorite outdoor hobbies. When she wasn't outside, you would catch her square dancing with a group of friends. Later in life, she enjoyed tap dancing and singing. Although she had many endeavors throughout her life, her main focus was her family. She will be greatly missed by all of those who knew her.

She is survived by her daughter, Cindy Fowlkes, of Southaven, MS; her two grandsons, Chad (Liz) Brant and Corey (Faith) Brant; and her granddaughter, Courtney (Ryan) Hicks; her great-grandchildren, Lillie Hicks, Sophia Brant, Jake Brant, Savanna Hicks, Scarlett Brant, Rylee Hicks, and Gray Brant; her nieces and nephews, Dr. Richard (Dr. Sheyna Carroccio) Brazzel, Dana Strauss, Greg Strauss, and Mark Looney; her great nieces and nephews, Isabel Brazzel, Gabrielle Brazzel, Caroline Strauss, Gregory Stauss, and Darren Looney; and her church family and friends.

Norma was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Lee Burnham; parents, Durward Vernie Draffin and Bessie Laverne Draffin; and her two sisters, Dorothy Brazzel and Margie Looney.
