Death of Lady Fitzclarence.— We regret to have to record the death, at her residence, Etal Manor House, Northumberland, on the 28th ult., of Lady Frederick Fitzclarence. Her ladyship was the third daughter of George, fourth Earl of Glasgow, by his first wife. Lady Augusta Hay, fourth daughter of James, fourteenth Earl of Erroll; granddaughter and heiress of Sir William Carr, of Etal. Lady Augusta Boyle was born in 1801, and married, in 1821, Captain (afterwards Lord) Frederick Fitzclarence, second brother of the late Earl of Munster. They had issue four children, of whom three died in infancy; and one, Augusta Georgiana Frederica, died in 1855. Lord Frederick Fitzclarence died in India October, 1854; and since her two-fold affliction Lady Frederick has lived a life of retirement, endearing herself to her poorer neighbours by many acts of real and unostentatious charity. She was the half- sister of Lady Diana Pakington. The funeral took place at Etal to-day (Friday). Mr. Pakington is unfortunately prevented by indisposition from attending.
