Emma was found on the 1880 Federal Census living with her mother and father along with her sister Louisa, she was 2years old at the time, they also show a Pauline Christen who was born in 1862 and was listed as a sister. She was also listed on the 1900 Federal Census as living with her parents, Emma was 1st generation San Franciscan.
