Force C. Dunlevy, one of the most familiar figures on the streets of Canonsburg for the past 40 years, died Saturday afternoon at the Arden Home, where he had been a patient for the past four months.
Born at Lima, September 1865, a son of the late Dr. Joshua L. and Mary Torrance Dunlevy, he located at Canonsburg at an early age. He was a watchmaker by trade and had his combination home and place of business near one of the historic spots of Canonsburg.
The deceased was never married and was the last surviving member of his family. The only surviving relative are a number of nephews and nieces in Canonsburg and Carnegie, those in Canonsburg being Torrance and Earl Dunlevy and Mrs. Eugene Ryan.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 24, at 2:30 p. m. at the McNary Funeral home in charge of the Rev. J. Reade Mc-Crory, pastor of the Chartiers U. P. church. Burial will be in Oak Spring cemetery. Friends are being received at the McNary Funeral home.

While this obituary state Mr. Dunlevy was interred at Oak Spring a later funeral report says Speer Spring. Oak Spring records confirm that theirs is not his final resting place.
