Joseph Michael Hagen was called home to the Lord on Feb. 19, 2009 while surrounded by loved ones at his home. Joe was born in Los Angeles on Jan. 5, 1936 to parents Joseph and Ann Hagen of Maywood, Calif.

Joe was a graduate of Bell High, class of 1954. Joe was a resident of Santa Fe Springs, Whittier and Victorville. Joe was a successful owner of Joe's Bodyshop in Bell Gardens where he worked for 20 years.

Joe later went to work for Transportation Services, which he retired from in 2001 to spend time with his devoted wife Marjorie of 35 years where he enjoyed his life with his three dogs and one cat that brought him much joy. And … his love for Elvis.

Joe will be missed by his loving wife Marjorie; nine children, Debbie, Tim, Donna, Tom, Diane, Darla, Ty, Kellean and Korreen; 18 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren as well as a brother and two sisters, Jim, Joanne and Carol.

Joe's sense of humor and kindness will be missed by all who knew him. We were blessed to have him as part of our lives. "I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die. Do you believe this?" John 11:25-26 "Elvis has left the building." We love you, Dad.
