He was survived by his wife of 27 years, Elizabeth Brooks; his son, Philip Brooks II; his daughter, Adrianne Brooks, and Granddaughter, Emery Brooks and Sister, Celeste (Cindy) Carrol.
Proceeded in death by his grandson, Colt McAdams. Additionally, Philip leaves behind a large and loving list of siblings and family.
