AMENDT - Andreas (Andy) passed away on Sunday, February 16th, 2003 after a sudden illness. Born in the Netherlands and a long time resident of the West End of Vancouver. Andy is survived by his loving partner of 22 years, Ed Hamilton. Also mourning his passing are his many friends and family: brothers Leonard from the Netherlands, Con, John, Frank and Jack and sisters Johanna, Helen, Pat and Carol, all from Alberta. A private tribute will be held on Thursday, February 20th.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Andy's name to a charity of choice. Thank you to the staff at St. Paul's IDC and Palliative Care for their compassion and care during Andy's short visit.
