Keith was a member of the Peshtigo High School class of 1974. While in high school he served as a lifeguard at the Peshtigo beach, raft duty being his favorite. Keith received his lifeguard certification thru the Red Cross, which was taught by his mother Annette. He excelled as a swimmer, smooth and fast, a natural, once completing a 10-mile swim.
Keith enlisted in the United States Navy and completed his basic training at the Great Lakes Naval Base in Waukegan IL. He received an honorable medical/psychiatric discharge and was mostly thereafter under institutional care.
Keith loved his family and was especially proud to take the entire family for brunch on Mother's Day every year. He liked the Green Bay Packers and rarely missed watching them play and loved it anytime someone visited and brought his favorite treats; Kentucky Fried chicken, BBQ potato chips, A&W root beer or chocolate covered cherries.
Keith is survived by a sister Jan (Joe) Paluch;
and a brother Jac (Sue) Jepson.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his twin brother Kurt.
Family will receive friends and relatives on Saturday October 28th from 10am until time of service at 11am at the Berth and Rosenthal Funeral Home in Peshtigo, WI. Military honors to follow, burial at Riverside Cemetery in Peshtigo.
