Richard C. Rohrbach Sr., 96, passed away Wednesday, January 21, 2015 with his family by his side.

He was a WWII Army Air Force veteran, and retired from the Yorktown Naval Weapons Station.

Mr. Rohrbach was preceded in death by his wife of 68 years, Alice Frances Rohrbach; son, Richard Rohrbach Jr.; parents, Charles and Elizabeth Rohrbach; two brothers; and three sisters.

He is survived by his children, Sterling Rohrbach & wife Teddy, Wayne Rohrbach & wife Sue, James Rohrbach & wife Inez, Patricia Walls & husband Robert, Gary Rohrbach & wife Linda, and Robert Rohrbach & wife Carol; daughter-in-law, Gladys Rohrbach; thirteen grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Friday, January 23rd, 2:30-3:30 Pm, at Parklawn Memorial Park Chapel Mausoleum, immediately followed by a funeral service there at 3:30 PM by Pastor John Pouchot, with military honors.

Burial will follow in the cemetery.
