She was a lifelong resident of Washington County and a daughter of the late Joe Carpenter Jones and Iva Rose Broyles Jones. Nancy enjoyed spending most of her time in the kitchen. Aside from cooking, she especially enjoyed making candy and gifting it to her friends.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two sisters, Teresa and Betty.
Survivors include one niece, several nephews, and special friend, Connie Lewis.
Those who would like to pay their respects to Nancy may do so from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM on Wednesday, November 8, 2023, at Morris-Baker Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held afterward at 12:00 PM at Washington County Memory Gardens. Those attending are asked to gather at the graveside by 11:55 AM.
