Linda graduated from Lock Haven High School in 1963. She was united in marriage to the love of her life, Clarence "Tuffy" Conner, in 1963, and was blessed with 56 wonderful years together. Her surviving children are Clarence L. (Rita) Conner of Leeper, Brenda E. Conner of Avis, Tracy L. (Bruce) Eichenlaub of Avis and Victor M. Olivero of Avis.
Linda, affectionately known as "Mammy," has ten grandchildren, Lauren Conner, Lawson "L.T." (Mandy) Conner, Matthew (Kendra) Bardo, Joshua (Kelly) Eichenlaub, Hannah (Raymond) Alexander, Jessica Eichenlaub, Anthony Shaffer, Victor Olivero III, Jacob Brentzel and Justin (Amanda) Brentzel. She also has ten great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Linda passionately worked as a nurse's aide for thirty-six years. She enjoyed her yearly vacations with her family to the Outer Banks in N.C. and especially treasured her cross-country trip with her husband Tuffy. She was an active member of the Flemington First Church of Christ in Mill Hall. Linda loved hosting large family gatherings during the holidays and many picnics throughout the summer.
Linda was a beautiful woman both inside and out and was an inspiration to everyone in her family. She will be missed tremendously.
A funeral service will be held at noon, Friday, Nov. 10, at the Flemington First Church of Christ, 714 Canal Street, Flemington. A visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of service Friday at church. She will be laid to rest next to her husband in the Rest Haven Memorial Park. The Rev. Mark Riley will officiate.
