Evelyn J. Cornell, 70, of Manteca died Friday at Palm Haven Care Center.
Mrs. Cornell was a native of Camden, N.J. She lived in Manteca for one year and had previously lived in Tracy for 38 years. She worked at Tracy Defence Depot for 30 years and retired as a data supervisor. She was a member of Moose Lodge, Tracy.
She is survived by her son, William Jeffery of Manteca and two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
A funeral will be conducted at 10 am Wednesday at Hotchkiss Mortuary, Tracy. Burial will take place at Tracy Public Cemetery, Tracy.
