hand engraved stone. Elizabeth Brumbaugh was born in Bedford Co. Pennsylvania, the daughter of Henry and Elizabeth Folk Brumbaugh. They moved to 160 acres of heavily timbered land in Randolph Twp., Montgomery Co., Ohio in the spring of 1813 with Elizabeth and five other children born in Pennsylvania. Five other children were born on this Ohio farm.

Elizabeth married Joel Kinsey and moved near Covington, Miami Co., 0hio, where he died at age 33. She later married John Hoover. They were active members of the German Baptist Brethren Church.
