Survivors include his children Roy, Paul, and Charles, two grandchildren and a brother, Thomas.


Funeral services were held in the chapel at Washington Memorial Park, led by Pastor Wayne Gollenberg of St. Andrews Lutheran Church, Smithtown. Funeral arrangements were under the supervision of the R. B. Hawkins Funeral Home, Inc.
