Albert Douglas Bass, 66, Lyons, brother of Sam Bass of Rt. 3 Scio passed away in Stayton Memorial Hospital, early Thursday following an attack occurring at his home the previous evening. He was born May 11, 1891, the son of Solomon Charles and Sarah Bass. He married Mabel Moses on December 1, 1913 and had lived in the area east of here most of his life.
Surviving besides his brother, Sam, are the widow, two sons, Kenneth and Wayne of Lyons, four granddaughters, one grandsons and a sister, Mrs. Ethel Blum of Mehama.
