Julia was the third of four Pech children to die of consumption (tuberculosis). Her brother, Anton, aged 16, would follow one week later. Joseph, aged 29, and Frantisek Jr., aged 20, had passed two years prior.

Miss Julia Pech died Thursday morning of consumption. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Pech of Kossuth, being but 15 years old at the time of her death.

The Angel of Death again visited the home of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Pech Tuesday morning and took from their midst their fifteen-year-old daughter, Julia. The remains were taken to St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery at Kellnersville, Rev. Father Kolar officiating. We express our sympathy with the parents of the deceased, for this is the third child that they have lost in the last three years.
