Stacey Ann Walters, 46, of Johnson City, Tennessee, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, November 29, 2023, at the Johnson City Medical Center.


A lifelong resident of east Tennessee, Stacey was born June 26, 1977, to Hayes Osborne and Amy Hickam Gray in Kingsport, Tennessee. She graduated from Science Hill High School in 1995.


One of Stacey's favorite past times was being on TikTok, and she enjoyed going to the pool. Every year, Stacey looked forward to going on a girls' trip with her mother and daughter. She took many trips to Florida, she loved the beach, Disneyworld, and the Florida Gators. Stacey's most favorite thing of all was spending time with her granddaughter, Avery, who affectionately called her "Kiki."


She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Bill and Nell Hickam and paternal grandparents, Arthur and Sally Osborne.


Those left to cherish her memory include her mother, Amy (Paul) Gray; father, Hayes (Nancy) Osborne; daughter, Brooke (Caleb) Covey; granddaughter, Avery Dubuisson; uncle, Steve Hickam; step-brothers, Wayne Ollis and Mark Ollis; best friend, Stefanie Walters; and her special cat, Tina.


There will be no public services. There will be a private entombment at Washington County Memory Gardens.
