Lee Deamus Mills, 86, who lived at Rt. 5, Andalusia, died in a local hospital Thursday.
Funeral services for Mr. Mills were held Saturday at 2, from the Fairmount Baptist Church. Rev. A. W. Saffold and Rev. Gerald Blackburn officiated. Music was furnished by the church choir with Mrs Helen Lee as accompanist. Burial was in the church cemetery.
Survivors include three daughters: Mrs Tera Cushing, Rt 5, Andalusia; Mrs Delana Fendley, Milton, Fla; and Mrs Ruth McGraw, of Montgomery; three sons: Braxton Mills, Red Level; Willie Mills, Headland; and John Mills of Baltimore, Md.; ten grand children and eleven great grandchildren; one sister, Mrs Beunah Padgett, Goshen; two brothers, Dr A J Mills, Enterprise, and Dr J B Mills, Ozark.
Serving as pallbearers were Tim Fendley, Duane Rass, Mike Brown, Andrew Johnson, John Paget Williamson, and Otis Glidewell. Foreman Funeral Home directed.
