Dover-Foxcroft – Evelyn A. Foss, 62. Died Dec. 22, 1986, at a Dexter nursing home. She was born in Dover-Foxcroft, December 31, 1924, the daughter of Charles and Esther (Moore) Foss Sr. She was a member of the Dover Assembly of God Church.
She is survived by three brothers, Everett Foss of Corinna, Warren Foss and Charles Foss Jr., both of Dover-Foxcroft; one half-brother, George Surette of Old Town; three sisters, Ruth Cantin of Lewiston, Dorothy Dee of Worcester, Mass., and Martha Easley of Corinna, several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Dexter Pentecostal Church. Spring burial will be in Rural Grove Cemetery, Dover-Foxcroft. Friends may call at the Neal Funeral Home, Guilford, 7-9 p.m. Tuesday.
