Nancy Kay Zink, cherished wife of Tony Zink, peacefully departed this world on December 12, 2023, in Warrensburg, MO, surrounded by the warmth of her loving family. Nancy and Tony shared their vows of love and commitment on April 5, 2006, in Knob Noster, Missouri.

Nancy leaves behind a legacy of love and memories, survived by her father, Herbert Basener; two sisters, two brothers one brother-in-law, three stepdaughters, one stepson, numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother, Frances (Wendel) Basener, and her first husband, Martin Kroeze.

Having dedicated 26 years of service to the Postal Service, Nancy was a devoted professional. Beyond her work, she found immense joy in her family, gardening, crafts, hobbies, motorcycle riding, and her cherished pets.

Nancy's radiant spirit will be deeply missed but forever remembered in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know and love her. May she find eternal peace.

A heartfelt celebration of Nancy's life will take place on Monday, December 18, 2023, at the Sweeney-Phillips & Holdren Funeral Home in Warrensburg, MO, starting at 1:00 P.M. Visitation will precede the service, beginning at 12:00 P.M.

Following the service, a graveside ceremony will be held at the Knob Noster Cemetery in Knob Noster, MO.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to First Christian Church of Knob Noster MO. or the Charity of your choice, and may be left in the care of the funeral home.
