William Sergio Marangoni

Age 91, of Monroeville, PA/Chambersburg, PA, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 24, 2023. William was the loving father of Ron (Rona) Marangoni and Don (Shelley) Marangoni; dear grandfather of Melissa (Robert) Wolfe, Sarah Marangoni, Nicholas Marangoni, Alydia Marangoni, and Dominic Marangoni; and dear great-grandfather of Caroline Wolfe, and Lorenzo Wolfe. William is preceded in death by his parents, Guerino and Adalgisa Marangoni; and survived by his brother Roy Marangoni and former wife Shirley Marangoni. William, "Bill", was born in Lestizza, Province of Udine, Italy. He was a faithful member of North American Martyrs Parish in Monroeville, worked as an engineering draftsman for Marshall Electronics in Pittsburgh, and spent time in his garden and focused on his love for his family. Friends will be received on Thursday, December 28, 2023, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the JOBE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, INC. (MONROEVILLE/PLUM CHAPEL), 445 Beatty Road, Monroeville (412-856-4747). Mass of Christian Burial at Christ the Divine Shepherd Parish - St. Bernadette Church on Friday, December 29, 2023, at 10 a.m. Entombment to follow at St. Joseph Cemetery.
