Jacqueline Leonard Morrisette
DECEMBER 21, 1932 – DECEMBER 19, 2023
Jacqueline L. Morrisette died on Tuesday, December 19, 2023. She was born December 21, 1932 and raised in Norfolk, Virginia. Jacqueline was proceeded in death by her parents, Frank L. Leonard and Gwendolyn W. Leonard, as well as, her brother, Frank L. Leonard, Jr. She graduated from Maury High School in Norfolk, and attended William and Mary College Division majoring in Voice. Jackie was devoted to her family and is survived by her husband of 70 years, Thomas Streeter Morrisette.

Jackie is also survived by her four children Tom Morrisette (Elizabeth), Gary Morrisette (Jaime), Gwen Noel, and Debbie Morrisette. In addition to her children, she is survived by twelve grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren. Finally, she is survived by four special and beloved caregivers.

Jackie was a woman of faith and a true prayer warrior. Her singing voice was amazing, was first realized when she was in the crib. She was loved by all, and had a laugh that would permeate the room. Jackie was an amazing cook and homemaker. She was a friend to all and one who would listen and support you.

It is with great joy we celebrate her resurrection from the dead to a new life in Christ Jesus. The time was too short, but the blessing of having known her was eternal. God bless our beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, Jacqueline L. Morrisette.
The family will be holding a private graveside.
