Joseph "Joe" Allen Abrams, 33, the cherished son of Steve Timothy Abrams, Sr., and Leila Rebecca Long Abrams, departed this life, Saturday, December 30, 2023, at Tidelands Georgetown Memorial Hospital.

Mr. Abrams was born July 8, 1990, in Charleston. He was a graduate of Andrews High School and worked in construction. He enjoyed fishing, squirrel hunting, riding dirt bikes, and working on cars. Joe never met a stranger and his contagious smile and laughter brighten the lives of those who knew him. He was a devoted son, a caring brother, and a loyal friend.

He is survived by his parents, Steve and Becky Abrams; a brother, Steve Abrams, Jr. (Sabrina); his nieces and nephews, Chelsea Ann Abrams, Brandon Bethea Abrams, Chase Dakota Cannon, and Kallie Alyssa Cannon; and his fur baby, Rosie.

He was predeceased by his grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. Hubert Abrams (Ellen), Henry Long and Alberta Long-Kirton.

A Graveside Service will be 2PM, Wednesday, January 3, 2024, at Ivy Cemetery. Officiating will be Pastor Jeff Goude.

The Abrams family will receive family and friends 6-8PM, Tuesday evening, January 2, 2023, at the Andrews Chapel of McKenzie Funeral Home, 610 South Rosemary Ave., Andrews.
