Funeral services for Terry Lee Card will be held Monday, January 8, 2024 at 2 p.m. from McClain-Hays Chapel with Rev. Michael Wells officiating. Burial will follow in Cooks Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be held Monday, January 8, 2024 from 12 noon until service time at McClain-Hays Funeral Home.
Ms. Card, 68, of Philadelphia died Thursday, January 4, 2024.
Terri was happy with and loved her children, family, shopping and gardening. She never had grandchildren of her own, but she had several children from close friends the she loved like her own. Ms. Card was a member of Cooks Chapel.
Survivors include her daughter, Mary Jane Cumberland of Philadelphia; son, Lee Card (Stacy) of Philadelphia; one niece, Jaime Lawrence (Jeremy) of Ashville, N.C.' one great-nephew, Landon Lawrence of Ashville, N.C.
Ms. Card was preceded in death by husband, Delano Card; parents, Bobby and Lovis Dees; sister, Lynda Faye Chesney.
Pallbearers are, Casey Kirkland, Adam Myers, Brad Murphy, Tommy Murphy, Joey Edwards and Jeremy Lawrence.
