Lombardi, a native of Italy, died yesterday morning in his Visalia home. He went to Fresno from his native land 49 years ago and came to Visalia from Reedley in 1925. He ranched in the Visalia-Ivanhoe district, in addition to operating a packing house. He was active in civic and farm affairs, and was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, the Sons of Italy Lodge, the Tulare County Farm Bureau and the Visalia Moose Lodge.
Surviving are his widow, Maria; two sons, Joseph Lombardi of San Jose and Louis Lombardi, Jr. of Visalia; three daughters, Mrs. Mary Brunker of Fresno, and Carol Ann and Patricia Lombardi of Visalia; and one grandson.
