After graduating from CJC he enlisted in the U. S. Army obtaining the rank of Sargent. Terrance married Thelma Jean Montgomery. God blessed this union with four children Terrance,III, Gary, Lisa and Cassandra. His wife Thelma and daughter Lisa, preceded him in death.. Elder Adams served as State Minister of Music for the Northern Mississippi Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction for over twenty three years. The late Msn. His father was the founder and pastor, and Elder Adams was Co-Pastor. Elder Adams loved Bradley Temple and the members. He was very generous and would help anyone who needed help. When his health began to fail he still attended most of the services. Elder Harold Wade, seeing the need to help his home church, volunteered to come home every Sunday to help his pastor. After entering the Clarksdale Nursing Center, the attendants would get him ready for Sunday Service. About a month ago he reviewed the Sunday School lesson to everyone's surprise, he often sang songs during the church services. Pastor Adams began to say, "I'm tired".
