Ivan Preston "Pete" Ashcraft age 58, of Ravenna, KY departed this life on Monday, January 8, 2024, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, KY.
Ivan was born on May 24, 1965, in Lexington, KY. To the late James and Alberta Kirby Ashcraft.
In addition to his parents, Ivan was preceded in death by one brother, James Ashcraft Jr. And two sisters: Mary Hackworth and Emma Hackworth.
Ivan Loved the Lord. He loved dirt track racing, Listening to Bluegrass Gospel music and spending time with his family and friends. Ivan "Pete" will be greatly missed.
Survivors include four children: Tyler Preston, Tamara, Breanna and Micha Ashcraft. One grandchild: Presley Reay. A brother Danny Ashcraft and two sisters: Linda and Charlie Bill Muncy and Ruth Ann Hackworth. Along with many other relatives and friend to miss him and mourn his passing.
Funeral services for Ivan Preston "Pete" Ashcraft will be conducted on Saturday, January 13, 2024, at 1:00 P.M. in the chapel of Lewis Home for Funerals. Brother Sidney Sparks will be officiating. Interment will follow in the Kirby Cemetery. The family will receive friends 2 hours prior to the service from 11:00 A.M until 1:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Billy Muncy, Bryson Muncy, Frankie Muncy, Parker Muncy Harold Friend, Frank Cox, Phillip Kirby, Micha Ashcraft, Danny Ashcraft and Danny Ashcraft Jr.
