PEARLAND - Born, Reva Jean Ball, May 4, 1951, in Frederick, Okla., to Vernie Charles Ball Sr., and Gertrude Stafford Ball.

Preceded in death by her parents; and former husband, Gary Buckner.

Survivors: Husband, Dr. Stan Byars of Pearland, TX; brother, Vernie Charles Ball, Jr., and wife, Vickie Harkins Ball of Baytown, Texas; sister, Cindy Ball Bybee and husband, Monty Bybee of Eldorado, Texas; daughter, Darlene Chadwick of Alamogordo, N. M.; grandson, Casey Chadwick; granddaughter, Brittany Buckner McEvers and husband, Zack McEvers of Dalhart, Texas; great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral: 2:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 18, 2024, in Greenwood Chapel, 3100 White Settlement Road. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Greenwood Funeral Home, 3344 White Settlement Road.
