Born August 10, 1978 in Marshalltown, IA, Jeremy Lowell was the son of Gary and Corita ( Lacina ) Kesl. He grew up in the Tama - Toledo community and received his education in the South Tama County Schools. Jeremy had been employed in the maintenance department at the Meskwaki Bingo and Casino, rural Tama. Jeremy always loved the outdoors. He enjoyed camping, fishing and hunting.
Jeremy was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Leon & Edna Kesl and his maternal grandparents, Lowell and Wanda Lacina and Betty Lacina.
