Steven Earl Alpha was born to Earl & Nancy Alpha August 19,1944 on Coronado Island, California. He served in the US Air force and traveled to several different countries. It was while he was stationed at McClellan Airforce base that he met and married the love of his life Julia Morrison in April 1965, and their journey as best friends, parents and devoted life partners officially began. Steven and Julia raised 5 children, and at the time of his death he was extremely proud of his 5 Kids, 21 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

During his lifetime, Steven worked a handful of roles, but his legacy was in his insurance brokerage that he built beginning in 1981 and continued to operate until his time of passing. Steven was awarded several times during his career, and consistently was recognized in the million-dollar roundtable club. Steven employed multiple children and friends during his 43 year insurance career, and blessed endless lives with the income he earned from his dedication to serving others. Steven is a United States Air Force veteran and will be laid to rest with military honors.

Known to family and friends as a pillar of faith, Steven's belief in Jesus Christ as the savior of the world was more than just the bedrock of his life; it was his purpose for daily living. Steven was never one to shy away from sharing his beliefs and he prayed daily for anyone and everyone he felt needed it. He led numerous bible studies, served the congregation, and continued his development in understanding the word and purpose of God on a daily basis. His goal was to see everyone come to a faith in Jesus, and Steven lived as if his life depended on it. He was a man of incredible and unmatched peace, kindness, and generosity. Steven believed firmly that you could never out give God, and his generosity reflected that belief in his donations to countless individuals and organizations.

Steven Alpha is survived by his devoted wife, his five children and their spouses and grandchildren. Steven will be missed every day for the rest of their lives until they are reunited with him in Heaven. He is preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Paula Alpha (stepmother), Nancy Alpha, and his sister Sharon Hagenberger.

Funeral services will be held on November 14th, beginning with a viewing at 9:30 am at Bowman's Funeral Home located at 10254 W Carlton Bay Dr, Garden City ID 83714.
