Walter Malone, 34, a former Idaho Falls resident, died Monday in a Los Angeles, California hospital. He had undergone heart surgery two years ago.
Mr. Malone was born September 18, 1933 in Idaho Falls, the son of John and Orilla Crook Malone. He married Violet Schmierer May 25, 1956 in Idaho Falls. They moved to Santa Anna, California about eight years ago.
He is survived by his wife; two children, Barbara and Robert, and his mother of Westminster, California, one brother, Raymond Malone, Huntington Beach, California, and one sister, Mrs. Larry (Irene) Olsen, Warner Robins, Georgia. He is also survived by two half brothers, Weston Loveland, Hemmite, California, and Howard Loveland, Garden Grover, California, and his grandmother, Mrs. Alzaea Crook of Idaho Falls.
He was preceded in death by one son, his father, and two sisters.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday in Santa Anna, California.
