Born Aug. 2, 1955, in Plymouth, he was the son of the late Peter Kondrad and Martha Kwasek Kondrad. Stephen was a graduate of Wyoming Valley West High School, Class of 1973, and Westside Vocational Technical Automotive Adult Program. He was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Kingston. Steve served as president of the Plymouth Historical Society for several years and had a deep love for history. He was guardian of the Avondale Mine Site Memorial Garden, Plymouth Twp.
