Daughter of Alice Victoria Gunter 1870-1953 & adopted father William David Crawford 1853-1937. In the 1900 census Flossie is listed as Flossie Gunter and her mother Alice is listed as single.


Notes: Flossie may have had a prior marriage to a Mr. Durham. In the 1920 census, she listed herself as married with a child, Raymond William Durham. [There is a newspaper article about a Flossie Crawford married to J W Durham in Montgomery Alabama, this is possibly her first husband]. After Homer Jackson Burson married her, Raymond Durham used Burson as his surname but Homer was his stepfather. Flossie married again to a Mr. Kinney after Homer's death and was living in Bolder, Colorado at the time of her mother's death.
