Born in Sussex, he was the son of the late Roland and Audrey (nee Myers) Jeffrey. He was a member of the Silverado's Men's Group, and the Sussex & Area Senior's Center. He enjoyed bowling, checkers, dancing, antique cars, and playing games with Kathleen & Lauren. He also enjoyed playing cards and fishing with Roger.
