He was a Livestock dealer. Lived on May 17, 1939 in Wolbeck, Münsterstr. 26, in the home of the Siegfried Heilbronn family, where he was probably looked after as a widower. In February 1942 he was in the last "Jewish house" in Münster, in the Marks-Haindorf-Stiftung Am Kanonengraben 4, where he lived in a room with another six men. Six weeks before the deportation of the last Münster Jews on July 31st. He died in the Theresienstadt ghetto in 1942 at the age of almost 76. His gravestone, which was placed by his daughter Judith ∞ Sax after the war, is in the Jewish cemetery in MS.
