Amanda was born in Middleburg, FL, the daughter of Melinda Mansfield.
Amanda had the most contagious smile and bubbly personality. She loved mimicking faces of other people, pooping, and peeing on her Grammy, cuddling, and working with her Aunt Nikki and spending her mornings with her Uncle Darney. She had such an impact in such a short time, bringing an estranged family together.
Amanda was preceded in death by both her great-grandfathers, Louie Smith and Dennis Mansfield, Sr. and her cousin and namesake, Amanda Proenza.
She is survived by her mother, Melinda Mansfield; grammy, Sophie Staples; pawpaw and nanny, Dennis and Misty Mansfield; great grandparents, Robin Smith and Sharon and Bob Finch, aunts, Katherine, Haleigh and Allie Mansfield; uncles, Malachi and Micah Staples and numerous other extended loving family members, great aunts, uncles and cousins.
