Thomas Eugene Sipe, 54, died in his home at 2458 State Route 956, Neshannock Falls, Volant, PA. He attended Wilmington schools. He enjoyed putting models together and watching movies. In his early years, when he was able, he enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Ex-wife: Joanna Rae Williamson.
Relatives: two daughters, Rhonda Lee Sipe at home and April Lynn Sipe of Ellwood City; a brother, Terry L. Sipe of Plain Grove; and four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, William and Delilah Powelll Kloss, and Jesse and Edith Snyder Sipe.
